Audax acquired RESA Power in September 2011 as a best-in-class supplier of remanufactured power distribution and circuit protection equipment with a reputation for quality and reliability.Since Audax' initial acquisition, RESA Power has completed six add-on acquisitions, including Satin American in March 2012, Switchgear Unlimited in June 2013, DYMAX Holdings in January 2014, West Coast Switchgear in June 2014, Energy Systems Services in August 2014, and TTR in March 2015.  RESA Power is a market leader in life extension solutions for power transmission and distribution equipment. Through the DYMAX division, RESA Power is also a NETA-certified company specializing in low, medium, and high voltage electrical testing, repair services, and engineering for electric distribution systems. Audax will continue to work with management to execute a growth strategy focused on regional add-on acquisitions, sales channel optimization, increased product breadth, and greenfield expansion.
