YAGP 2025 JOB FAIR



A ONE-STOP AUDITION FOR 30+ U.S. AND 

INTERNATIONAL DANCE COMPANIES

ATTENTION: DANCERS AGES 17-24, ALL RECENT YAGP ALUMNI,

ALL CURRENT SEASON SENIOR AGE DIVISION PARTICIPANTS, and

GRADUATING STUDENTS FROM YAGP PARTNER SCHOOLS

The world’s largest dance scholarship audition now offers a chance for dancers to audition for professional job contracts at the world’s leading dance companies.

Last year as part of the YAGP 25th Anniversary Season, the YAGP Job Fair returned once again with two events in Europe and the United States, which welcomed over 300 dancers from all over the world. 60 job offers were presented to talented young artists on the cusp of their professional careers. WHAT:  The YAGP JOB FAIR is back by popular demand in 2025!

Since 2015, it served as a chance for dancers to audition in one location for the entire global network of YAGP-affiliated partner companies, including American Ballet Theatre, Stuttgart Ballet, Dresden Semperoper Ballet, and many U.S. companies, such as Houston Ballet, Boston Ballet, Joffrey Ballet, and many others. 

WHEN:  The YAGP 2025 JOB FAIR will be held in two locations:

- USA | Nashville, TN

Saturday and Sunday, January 11-12, 2025

Hosted by Nashville Ballet

- EUROPE | Stuttgart, GERMANY 

Saturday and Sunday, February 15-16, 2025

Hosted by the John Cranko School of The Stuttgart Ballet & The Stuttgart Ballet

Please note that a full list of participating companies for the 2025 Job Fair will be confirmed before the event.

WHERE:  YAGP 2025 JOB FAIR will take place at the state-of-the-art facilities of Nashville Ballet (Nashville, January 11-12, 2025) and the John Cranko School of Stuttgart Ballet (Stuttgart, February 15-16, 2025).

The JOB FAIR at both locations will feature an impressive in-person line-up of companies and their representatives - and will also be filmed and observed virtually by Artistic Directors of YAGP-affiliated partner companies around the globe.

HOW TO APPLY: The audition is open to all dancers ages 17-24, including current season YAGP Senior Age Division participants 17+ and recent YAGP alumni.

• Please complete all required fields including the submission fee and uploading your photos and videos (10-minute video of class work and classical solo videos - contemporary solo optional).
• Be sure to double-check your application before submitting!

YAGP artistic staff will review all video submissions and will notify those who will be invited to participate in the Job Fair via email, with a link to then officially complete your registration.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR DIRECT ACCEPTANCE:  



-       Dancers who have received 1^st Place in Classical Ballet category at any YAGP U.S. or international semi-final in the current (2025) or previous (2024) season.

-       Dancers from the graduating class of any YAGP-affiliated partner school, by personal recommendation of the School director. Please email rking@yagp.org to submit your recommendation, if applicable.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 

- USA | Nashville Location: December 15, 2024

- EUROPE | Stuttgart Location: January 1, 2025

SUBMISSION FEE: $25/€25

REGISTRATION FEE for dancers selected to participate in the audition: $100/€100
