Socks & Undies Drive !!

We are running a collection of much needed items for our friends at the Warmland Shelter and Open Door Youth Services Centre in Duncan. Both of these programs are run by the  Canadian Mental Health Association: Cowichan Valley Branch . Our Socks & Undies Drive will run for the months of August and September.

Please note: These items are needed for both men and women. Gently used socks are OK. New underwear is preferred.

New Client Special: 
Bring in at least 2 pairs of underwear and 2 pairs of socks and receive a $100 discount on Starter Kits.

Restart Special:
Bring in at least 1 of each above items and receive a $25 discount (fee will be reduced from $50 to $25).

Current Client Special: 
Bring in at least 1 of the above during your weekly visit and be entered into our draw for an Free Box of Food of your choice. You can donate and enter weekly. There will be 2 chances to win (2 winners drawn). The draws will take place at the end of the promotion.

This recipe uses our Chocolatey Chip Pancake Mix and gets in 1/2 cup of your select veggies! What a breakfast!

In a large bowl, combine:

  • 1 packet of Ideal Protein Chocolatey Chip Pancake Mix,
  • 1tsp baking powder,
  • 1 tsp granular sugar free sweetener(Like Swerve),
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon,
  • 1 large egg whisked,
  • 2 tsp Ideal Protein Maple Flavored Syrup,
  • 1/2 cup grated zucchini, and
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla!

Mix everything together and pour into the waffle iron! SO FLUFFY!"😍
