I had an exchange of thoughts with a friend a few days ago, the topic being: Does it benefit a Buyer or Seller somehow in any way, if the Realtor is a friend? Or is a Real Estate Professional that is unknown to you on a personal level beneficial to you, for the sake of "objectivity"? Without going into much detail, we concluded, that this idea to even attempt a conclusion is a "road too narrow" taken on both counts! It is really about what YOUR vision is, what you dream of and “deserve” as far as a Realtor is concerned, a friend or not…and by deserve, I mean “deserve" seen with your eyes ...not mine.

Over the 30 years as a Realtor I continue to believe...that

HIDDEN GEMS: Pack Burro Picnic anyone?

What a fun way to enjoy a picnic: Go with a pack burro! There are several nice choices in the High Country to have an outdoor experience with a donkey or a mule...these “funny”, independent minded animals will make your picnic a day of fun-filled memories, and one out of the "ordinary". Just think how the miners of the old west relied on burros daily! It is a WESTERN tradition, the burros, enjoy the "Hidden Gem" of pack burros.

Fall is right around the corner in the mountains, so if you are interested in a pack burro picnic, feel free to call me, I might be able to give you some tips on where to look, or search online.
