All applications are due by Wednesday, September 1.

CFCI's Office Manager
Please join us in congratulating our very own Jeanette Wilson on being promoted to the role of Office Manager! She will be overseeing the Foundation’s operations, finances, and administrative functions, including financial accounting, budgeting, reporting, planning, internal controls, systems and operations, investment reporting, vendor and service provider relationship management, and personnel and benefits administration.

Jeanette previously served as our Administrative Assistant and has been with us for over three years. She is a huge asset to the CFCI team, and we could not be luckier to have her.
Emerging Philanthropists Fund Grant Recipient
Congratulations to the 2021 Emerging Philanthropists Fund grant recipient:
Illinois Ability Sports!
The votes are in! Illinois Ability Sports is receiving a $5,000 grant from the Emerging Philanthropists Fund for the creation of The Mason County Community Splash Pad. This splash pad will provide low-income children and individuals with disabilities a safe and fun opportunity to enjoy an outdoor activity free of charge. Nothing of this nature currently exists in Mason County to serve these children.
This would not be possible without all of the generous contributions and support of the Emerging Philanthropists Fund members. Together, they continue to make an impact in this community.
