They say it takes a village, which couldn't have been more true for the Warehouse the last two weeks. Our head honcho (not technically, but we love her leadership) Kim, is shaking it off in Poland, and we have lots of folks helping fill in those shoes. We'd like to give a big shoutout to our wonderful volunteers, Cindy and Val, who's weekly contributions help out so much. And thanks to our board members for coming in on Sundays to open the public art exhibit (you have until the end of the week to see it!) Thanks to Kathy for a Thursday scramble cover and opening the building for a class. We'd like to thank Lisa for hours and hours of volunteer bartending, always being phone call away when water leaks or a weird noise happens, and putting so much passion into this place. And, we're always looking for more volunteers! Call or email us if you'd like to donate some time at the Warehouse.
And, thank you to Rose, for really holding the down fort. Rose filled in for many hours and took on extra responsibilities these weeks. She's been a wealth of knowledge and positivity since Kim and I started, and while we are excited for her to go back to college soon, we will really miss having her at the Warehouse. Join us Friday August 23rd from 4-6pm for Roses goodbye party.
