City Offices Summer Hours
Starting June 2, 2017, City Hall, Public Works and Public Safety Offices will close at 3:00 pm every Friday until Labor Day. 
Sunset Terrace Update
70th Street to 73rd Street
The Contractor will continue installing watermain the week of August 21st. They may begin installing new water services from the watermain to the right-of-way at the end of the week. When the new water services are connected to the existing service, there will be a time when your residence will be without water. This should be a short period. If you experience any issues with water pressure or have rust or dark colored water, please stop running the water and call Wyatt Klooster, Bolton & Menk, at 563-249-1719. He will assist you with the process. The Contractor plans to works Saturdays if weather permitting.

66th Street to 68th Street
The Contractor will be pouring driveways the week of August 21st. Once the driveways have time to cure, residents may use their driveways (barricades will be removed at that time).

2017 Sidewalk Improvement Project
Temporary seed will be placed with final seeding occurring after Labor Day due to better growing conditions.

Work between 70th Street and Del Matro Court will begin Tuesday, August 8th. They will begin with driveway removals and then start pouring driveways. Cars will need to be removed from driveways prior to 7 AM.Work between 70th Street and 68th Street will continue. Sidewalk will be formed early in the week and poured the middle to end of the week.

Residents looking for a quote to redo the remaining part of their driveways can call Kingston Services at 515-221-9832. This work will not be part of the project. All work is between the homeowner and contractor.
