Textbook/Supply Pick-up
Tuesday, August 11

Students will have the opportunity to come to campus, by appointment only, for a drive-through textbook and supply pick-up on Tuesday, August 11, between 1:00 - 5:00 PM . Joan Tracy, Director of Academic Technology, will be emailing students and their families by August 5 if the students are in courses that have supplies/books that need to be picked up. Ms. Tracy’s email will include more information on how to sign-up for an appointment time . Please note that many of our students have digital textbooks and will not be required to come to campus.

Access to campus remains restricted based on current County guidelines. Students and their families must stay in their vehicles at all times while on campus . We ask that cars pull into the drive-though zone, near the Main Office, and pull forward toward the flagpole.

If you have any questions regarding textbooks or essential supplies, please contact Ms. Koski at .
SWIVL Cameras in Classrooms

Some teachers brainstormed how to use the SWIVL camera to help with distance and hybrid learning. These cameras are little robots that follow the teacher around the classroom, allowing students at home to always have the teacher on-camera while using the full space and tools in the classroom, lab, or studio. No matter what conditions our students and teachers face, we’ll be flexible, optimistic, and prepared to meet them!

Fall Sports update

On July 20, we received announcements from the  CIF and  North Coast Section  in regards to the upcoming school year. In addition, the North Coast Section and the East Bay Athletic League will have multiple meetings in the near future to discuss how the announcement will affect local activities, including Carondelet athletics.

School leadership has discussed a variety of scenarios over the course of the summer and we will continue to plan in light of this new information from the CIF while working in conjunction with Contra Costa Health Services.

The safety and well-being of our students is our first priority. We also want to do everything in our power to bring our students, and student-athletes, back to our facilities as soon as we can. We will continue to provide more information as we are able to announce it.

Morning Bus to Campus

As we make plans for the upcoming school year, we want to get a sense of how many families are interested in riding the Carondelet bus to our campus on school day mornings when we are no longer in distance learning. The bus makes three stops along the route for communal pick-ups—in Livermore, Pleasanton, and Danville—before arriving to campus. View the schedule details on the Transportation webpage .
2020-21 final offerings, schedule, and pricing are still being determined. If you are interested in your student taking the morning shuttle and have not already done so, please complete this RSVP Interest form .
Free COVID-19 Testing
A message from Contra Costa Health Services

Thank you for following the Covid-19 health orders. We know it hasn’t been easy, but you have helped save lives in our community. One thing we can all do to help the county reopen faster and keep our schools and families safe is to get tested for COVID-19 . When everyone gets tested, it helps to identify where in the community the virus is spreading and stop it.

That is why Contra Costa Health Services is encouraging everyone to get tested. You can get an easy, same-day COVID-19 test at no cost to you, 7 days a week. Call 1-844-421-0804 for an appointment . Get tested in a clinic or in your car. It takes about 10 minutes to make an appointment. Thank you for helping Contra Costa County stay healthy!
