Our Kids Art Camp is fast approaching!
We encourage you to continue spreading the word!
If you are interested in donating items that will be used in various stations during our 2017 Art Camp, contact Asi'ayana, our camp director, at (856) 313-3350. The list of needed items can be viewed by clicking here. Any items you commit to donating must be confirmed with Asi'ayana by the evening of Sunday, August 6th, and brought to the church by Thursday, August 10th.

Registration for Art Camp is $30 per child. Children will engage in gardening, arts/crafts, culinary arts, music & Bible, theatre, and recreation from 9am-12 noon, and then will be provided a FREE lunch from 12-1pm each day, thanks to the South Jersey Food Bank.

We have 20 kids signed up so far and need your help to continue spreading the word to everyone you know! 
Church Work Days & Art Camp Decorating Day
Join us THIS Saturday, August 5th from 9am-12 noon as we clean and spiffy up the church inside and out!

A second church work day will be on Tuesday, August 8th from 9am-12 noon

We will also be having our Art Camp Decorating Day that same Tuesday from 9am-12 noon.

Come for as much or as little as you can for one or both days!  
Oikon: A Unique Stewardship Opportunity & Fundraiser
Please plan to join us after service on Sunday, August 13th for a brief 20-minute information session on this unique stewardship opportunity that will serve as a fundraiser for our church!

Peach Festival
First UMC's annual Peach Festival will be here before you know it! Now that's just peachy!

It will be happening August 20th from 4-7pm. Cost is $4.50 for adults and $2.50 for kids under the age of 12. Come hungry, leave happy, and have a scrumdiddlyumptious time!

Help a child in need return to school with the confidence they need to succeed! Please bring any and all items to the church by Friday, August 18th. Donation ideas include:
  • Backpacks and lunchboxes
  • Book covers
  • Calculators (solar and scientific)
  • Protractors & rulers
  • Scissors & glue sticks
  • Facial tissues & hand sanitizer
  • Three-ring binders with paper
  • Packet folders
  • Erasers & pencil cases

  • Pens & pencils

New Hungry for More Series!: 
"Seeing Gray in a World of Black & White"
Join us every week from 6:30-8pm as we enter into a new series based on Adam Hamilton's book,  "Seeing Gray in a World of Black & White." Bring a dish to share and stories to share as well!

Worship, story telling, and small group discussion happens from 7-8pm, but dinner starts at 6:30pm. Here's a sneak preview into some of the topics we'll be focusing on:

A Meaningful Opportunity in the Community
On Thur, Aug. 31st, Mt. Holly Township will be sponsoring a very important event at Ironworks Park from 6-10pm.

In addition to informational tables with resources on addiction being available,
a walk and candlelight vigil will take place to honor the lives taken & families affected by drug overdose.
