Watch for an email regarding location !

With the relocation of Bill Swope, we were left with a sizeable void in our organization. He will be greatly missed throughout the state for his contributions to our profession and his constant wisdom. He has promised to contribute when ever possible from afar.

These two fine men have stepped up to fill the void:
Nathan Gardner, RLS
Bret Okraski
We look forward to working closely with both of them!
Greg Dolphin
Memorial Fund
On August 13th, one of our friends & colleague, Greg Dolphin, lost his life in a tragic motorcycle accident. Greg spent his career in the Land Survey industry and was most recently involved in high-tech survey equipment.

We have established a GoodFundMe account in his honor. In the short-term, this fund will be used to create an Education Fund for Greg's children. In the long term, we hope that it is the spring-board of a ongoing fund to assist with the needs during times of loss or hardship of those in our community.

Please help us and donate in any amount.

August 2017

Others have been jailed for flying drones because they were using them to commit crimes; some are serving prison sentences, for example, for remotely piloting aircraft to smuggle drugs and other contraband into prisons. But Skinner’s conviction was unique: When he lost control of his DJI Phantom 3 quadcopter during a parade and two people were injured, he was charged and convicted of reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor
