Help Your Employees Invest in Their Future

A lot of people get nervous about investing because they aren't familiar with financial terms or think it's overly complicated. Knowing some of the basics of how to save and plan for the future can eliminate a lot of that stress. To help with the process, we put together an action plan that you and your employees can check out at this link:  Invest In Your Future Action Plan

Help Point Your Staff in the Right Direction

More and more employees are looking to the organizations they work for to find resources to help them build their financial knowledge base. It's become a benefit that many employees see as essential. Just a few years ago, most people thought they had enough financial know-how to handle it on their own, but as more baby-boomers approach retirement and realize that they might not have the resources they need to live comfortably after they leave the workforce, it's becoming more critical.

You've already provided your employees with access to a secondary savings plan in Ohio DC, which is a great start.  One of the added benefits of Ohio DC is that it is part of our mission to provide our participants with the tools, resources and educational materials to help them build a sound financial future and secure retirement.

If you would like to find out more about the tools and resources available to help you and your staff save for retirement, call our Service Center at 877-644-6457, visit our website at  Ohio457.org  or feel free to email our staff at  Ohio457@nationwide.com  with any specific questions.
