Laid Filling Variation
for the background
Here long fiber strands are laid vertically first and then shorter horizontal fibers are stitched
to anchor the long threads.
Some were also stitched diagonally. The anchoring stitches were worked in different color
and textured fibers.

Starfish Contest Ends Soon

Here's a preview of some of our DIY Starfish ornament creations that have been turned in so far.
There is still time to pick up a blank starfish canvas at HON and/or to finish the design you've started.
Finished starfish must be in by Monday, August 13th for voting.
