Habitat Events

We have three great events coming up this summer and fall that we hope you'll be a part of! Join The Greater Portland Board of REALTORS® for the Set Sail for Habitat fundraiser aboard Casco Bay Line's Bay Mist on August 22. Run in the Almost Half Way to St. Patrick's Day 5K on August 31. And, save the date for November 14 for our inaugural HOME event.

Set Sail for Habitat - August 22

The Greater Portland Board of REALTORS® invites you to join them for the Set Sail for Habitat fundraiser aboard Casco Bay Line's Bay Mist on August 22 from 5:30-8:30 PM. All proceeds go to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Greater Portland.

There will be live music, dancing, food from Moe's Original BBQ, a live auction and a 50/50 raffle.  Spend a glorious summer evening touring our stunning Maine coast and support Habitat!
 
 
       

Join us for the Almost Half Way to St. Patrick's Day 5K on Saturday, August 31! Race through Portland and support Habitat with this fun race. The race starts at 9:30am at Fleet Feet Maine Running Portland, Maine (309 Marginal Way).
 
 
 
Are you interested in volunteering? Volunteers will help direct traffic for the runners. Email volunteer@habitatme.org or call 207-772-2151 for more information.

       


SAVE THE DATE! Our brand new HOME event is November 14 at the Portland Art Gallery, 154 Middle Street in Portland. We hope you can join us for an evening of art, live jazz music, and networking. More information to come!

ReStore - Shop and Donate!
 
Have you visited our ReStore lately? We sell donated new and gently used building materials, appliances, and furniture at greatly reduced prices. To get a glimpse of what we've got for sale, check out our facebook page for updates.
 
Are you interested in donating items? Give us a call at 207-221-0047 if you need an at-home pick up scheduled! Our ReStore is open to the public and open Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00-5:00. We're located at 659 Warren Avenue in Portland.
