Freshmen moved in on August 19, and that kicked off Laker Week, which is actually two solids weeks of events to welcome the newbies and welcome back all returning students. Highlights included:
All before the first class met on Monday, August 26. The Alumni Association welcomed students back with its traditional Ice Cream Social, featuring ice cream with oodles of toppings, scooped by campus VIPs. Highlights this weekend include Oozeballon Saturday and walking the mighty Mackinac Bridge on

We are exploring the feasibility of printing a limited number of Laker Log magazines twice annually, hard copies to mail to interested alumni. Because no funding has been earmarked for a publication, the printed edition would have to be self-sustaining. Please click here
