Awakening Consciousness Unfolding
for All to See

As we close the door on the 7 energy of July and open to the 8 energy of August, the shift of the new paradigm is becoming more evident everyday. Eights represent the “gate of Illumination”. They are the absolute knowing—and the clear, pure intelligence that arises from the quest according to Pamela Eakins. Is that clear knowing the quest to discover who we really are? To acknowledge the God within all humanity? And, the change occurring, for the first time in our history; the increase of consciousness? We are moving forward into something new, and will not repeat the mistakes of our past? But, what the heck does that mean? Today, as I write this, I wanted to give you real live examples happening everywhere. These are glimpses—and I use these examples to ease the anxiety and frustration and give hope to the all the “fighting on the playground,” which is not yet recognized or acknowledged on the nightly news. This is wonderful and proof that the movement is real, and things are shifting in our perception and attitude and belief from decades and centuries of stagnation. We are re-writing our history and our future!

This is the formulation of new thought. Slowly, the formulation of new words in new contexts, new arts, and perhaps the discovering our true nature of the compassion we have all carried within—it is happening!

A few weeks ago, while enjoying a bowl of homemade clam chowder at a small cafe called The Cup in Port Townsend, Washington, I grabbed a section of the paper that was lying on a empty table as I was shown to my table. While waiting for my lunch, I glanced over the headlines: Noose removed from window of Quilcene’s Whistling Oyster, I read. Wow! Apparently the thing had been hanging in the window for years to deter people from stealing stuff—but many agreed it sent the wrong message. What caught my attention was a quote by an employee of the Quilcene Village store that said, “”Love Wins”. Emily Anne Ward’s quote continued in the paragraph below, “There are a lot of people in Quilcene who work very hard to spread love. The Quilcene I know is loving and diverse and expanding.” I was astonished! How about that? I was delighted to see this shift so evident in this tiny town and carried in the local- community paper.

I continued to browse and read another article entitled “Trail Ceremony draws hundreds.” This one reported that the Memorial Field was packed on June 29th, but not for a carnival or contest—it was to recognize the first residents of what wold later be called Port Townsend. Apparently, before the Europeans arrived, the native people were all ready there living in cedar post and plank longhouses in a village called Qatay. In 1871, by order of the US Federal Government, the village was burned to the ground. The ceremony was a gathering of the leaders of the Jamestown S’Klallam, Lower Elwha, and Port Townsend S’Klallam Tribes and they stood on the same ground as their ancestors for the opening of the Chetzemoka Trail. It represented the connection of the Native people with the white settlers. “The trail also is meant to reinforce bonds of collaboration that still exist today . . . Marlin Holden was quoted “We pray that those who walk this trail will go back in history through tears, and know why the S’Klallam are successful.” The ceremony was not only a remembrance but an honoring and Educational moment. Ceremony speakers stressed collaboration and atonement at the ceremony as the 26 foot totem pole was raised. It was about the past and the future and the healing between the two cultures.

I was pleased and impressed to witness the changes and shift—sparks of Light unfolding within all. So, for all those doubters, change is happening. Light is winning and continues to grow and expand to all corners of our globe. Where have you noticed glimpses of Light and Love in your world? Happy Summer Days—continue to spread your light, and kindness to All; beauty is Light in the Heart and it’s here to stay.

What Does this mean? Decoding 101
Decoding messages from us to us is something that is coming to light and seeing its way into the mainstream--slowly. There is a connection between our physical health challenges and our mind and spirit. We cannot ignore those other parts of ourselves. We are emotional spiritual multidimensional humans. And, these physical dis-eases indicate we are "out of balance," something is "off kilter." Dis-ease alerts us that there are deep unresolved emotional blocks holding emotional angst at some level. Are we the brave ones to step up to heal our lineage? What was the emotional trauma we experienced as a child? What was so terrible, we have simply blocked it out? The conscious mind likes to ignore and repress that shadow that lurks within. However, our smart body, our innate, and intuition part of the subconscious and cellular memory remembers everything. In 2019, we will explore, just briefly the most common imbalances lying below the surface--a gift waiting to be seen and healed--for good! ❤️

 Migraines - Martel (In short)

Migraines are characterized by an intense pain that usually affects only one side of the head.  They occur in the form of attacks and are accompanied by nausea.

They diminish my vital strength. I tend to withdraw into my corner instead of full taking part in life.  Migraines are also associated with eyesight and digestive disorders: I no longer want to see, and no longer want to digest what is going on in my life.

Q. What do you not want to see? What happens prior to your headache. Keep a journal of what you are feeling—annoyances, anger, frustration. What do you “hate” to do or what is being asked of you?

They involve anxieties and frustrations over a situation where I am unable to make a decision.

Q. What situation(s) causes an anxiety or frustration? Where are you having a hard time making a decision? (Work? Family? Relationships? Finances? Health issues?)

I may have a sense of something that must be done or achieved or is required of me?

Q. What is that? Do you feel you must be perfect?

A migraine often appears after having an annoyance. (What caused you to be annoyed?) A change in my pace of life, involving a difficulty in adjusting on my part, may also generate a migraine . (like a weekend migraine, for example.) It reveals my resistance related to my incapacity for carrying out what is asked of me. My head “overheats” and hurts at the mere idea of the goal to be reached, which seems inaccessible.

My head resembles a pressure cooker and the pressure is so hight that I don’t always know what solution or what attitude to adopt. The pressure may come from my desire to be hyper-responsible and or performing, especially at work. I can be passionate about a subject and find it difficult to stop myself. There is a conflict between my thoughts, my overloaded intellect and my personal needs and desires.

Sacred Geometry Oracle Deck
~ 13~

The tetrahedron is one of five three-dimensional geometric shapes commonly called the Platonic solids. Each has equal angles, edges of equal length, and equal faces, and each would fit within a sphere. Within their structure they hold cosmic truths. The tetrahedron is the simplest of these Platonic solids, with four equal triangular faces.
The tetrahedron speaks to the male side of your nature. This is the place of action. This is the fire of ambition and the understanding that it will take to bring ideas and projects to fruition. Is there a project you have been considering, or a decision you have been putting off? Now is the time to take action and initiate movement that will activate ideas and complete creative projects.

If you have already actively engaged in this process, this card affirms your decision to act and supports the focus and passion that directs you upon this path. Simply remember to listen to your inner guidance and ensure that this action is not mere smoke and flames but intentional movement toward your highest good.
Sacred geometry is the key that unlocks all of the world's art, science and architecture. Called the Language of Light, its images and shapes are embedded in DNA, mandalas, pyramids, crystals, atoms and hieroglyphs. Anyone who has ever gazed at a spider's web, meditated on a mandala or yantra, visited a pyramid, walked a labyrinth, or peered through a microscope has felt the effects of sacred geometry. These cards and text were created by Francene Hart.

Recipe of the Month: Basil Pesto

A surprise gift of fresh basil from a neighbor in Sequim, Washington, selling organic farm eggs, inspired this recipe for August.

Bon Appetite!

Fresh Pesto

Always a story . . . when I am in Washington state, I get to do a number of things South Florida--or at least around the densely populated Fort Lauderdale that I live-- doesn't offer. One of them is buying eggs by the honor system along the side of the road in front of someone's home. I had stopped to by a dozen fresh farm eggs, when a woman approached me. She came over to say 'hello'. The eggs sales gave her two children 'pocket money.' She was delightful--originally from New Zealand and married to a local veterinarian. Before long she was showing me her green house made from an old farm outbuilding. And, we were engaged in a conversation steeped in recipes, plants and organic things. She asked me if I would like some basil? Yes, I replied. I told her I often put fresh basil on pizza--thinking that was where I would put this valuable commodity. As it turned out, there was way too much for just pizza and I thought fresh pesto was the perfect solution.

Often local farmer's markets sell herbs and give everyone the opportunity to try such things! This is an easy recipe that I have made over the years. I didn't have a food processor--but the blender worked just fine! So, if you have never tried this and your feeling a bit adventurous--the recipe below should serve you well. It is extremely easy, for all you non-cooks. It can be tossed with pasta or served with chicken, fish, or beef. You decide what works best for your lifestyle and culinary enjoyment! There's always something entirely special when you choose to make your own, rather than open a box, can or jar!

What you will need:

2 cups densely packed fresh basil leaves, stems removed and rinsed
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
2-3 cloves fresh garlic
1/2 to 3/4 cup good quality olive oil
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese. (I like and used Italian 3 cheese blend of asiago, Romano, and parmesan.)
Pinch of salt

Step 1 - Begin by toasting your pine nuts. (They can cool while you are rinsing and picking the basil leaves off the stems.) To toast the pine nuts, simply put them in a frying pan over low to medium-low heat. They will begin to turn a golden color. Shake or stir them around until nicely golden. Turn off heat and set aside to cool.

Step 2 - Wash and remove the stems from your basil.
Step 3 - Peel 2 to 3 cloves fresh garlic. (You are free to choose more or less depending on preference!)
Step 4 - Place the fresh leaves in your blender or food processor. Add cloves of garlic. (I usually slice them into quarters.) Add your olive oil and begin to process. When swirling--add the pine nuts. Process a bit more and then add the cheese.

Step 5 - When well blended. Stop machine and taste it. Does it require a pinch of salt? More garlic? A splash more olive oil? Cheese? You decide.

Cooking should be creative and fun. These are the basics--you are the culinary artist. What will your masterpiece be tonight? Whatever, enjoy the process. I have confidence that your results will be most deliciously satisfying!

Everything we put into our body synthesizes into something whether it happens to be thoughts and words, our experiences and lifestyle or our food.

In the course of our busy lives, few of us ever stop to think---what does this actually do for my well-being? How does Love affect our meals--and our nutritiom when it comes from the heart? Homemade is well made--well made is heartfelt intention. The journey begins with you!

" A piece of Cake"

Sometimes things are just plain unexplainable, period. We call it synchronicity and coincidence, but speaking now, for myself, amazes me whenever these “chance” alignments occur. I’ve heard it referred to ‘physics with an attitude’. ( And , infinite LOVE is at the center of physics.) Examples in real life though, help us to believe that the Universe conspires to bring like-minded things together in a vibrational sequence. It’s about living in the moment, being open to possibilities and certainly going with the flow.

Some things just seem to be beyond our control. Or perhaps, everything is? (Click)
Every Truth passes through three stages before it is accepted.  In the first it is ridiculed, next it is opposed; in the third, it is regarded as self evident.

Biological Decoding Here Today
Conflicts and trauma are sometimes obvious and sometimes not and make their presence known to us as dis-ease and imbalance in our lives; manifesting in our body.  Weight issues or acne are obvious to most, but what are the traumas, loyalties and imbalances locked away in diabetes, heart disease, cancer, or behind simple allergies and minor illnesses given labels or the diagnosis's we receive at the doctor's office? Do you want healing or just relief?

The premise is easy. Disease and sicknesses are "nothing more" than emotional conflict(s) or trauma, --lessons to learn (that may be passed down from our ancestors) running in an "invisible" field of energy unknown or unrealized to us until it emerges as our brain's (the ultimate computer) solution for the disturbance deep within our psyche. More simply, the first law of Biological Decoding states: "Every pain or disease originates from a conflict. The conflict is an unexpected, highly acute, and isolating shock that occurs simultaneously in the PSYCHE, the BRAIN, and part of the BODY that corresponds to the type of conflict. Discovering the conflict aids the brain in sending messages to repair the body".

If we are human, we all have unresolved emotional conflicts. Heal them for yourselves--heal them for your kids and break the pattern. Biological Decoding goes hand-in-hand with our allopathic medicine today which addresses the mechanical aspects of our disease.

How can I help you today?

The Biology of Decoding is an amazing tool to assist in the discovery of the root cause of dis-ease.  This discovery and decoding opens the door to healing, deepens spiritual understanding of who we are and releases limiting beliefs and patterns.

"If the mind doth bend, disease can end."
