Hello Southern Alameda Members,

I have my own studio that I teach out of in central Fremont. Since I had a baby, I am only able to use the studio 2 days a week, so I would like to rent out my studio to someone 3-4 days a week. The studio comes equipped with a Yamaha P22, wifi, printer, desk, 5 chairs, water dispenser, small radio with AUX, 2 clocks, 2 calendars, and an in-studio bathroom. It has plenty of natural light and open space. The studio is also pretty free of surrounding noise, as it is in a building with apartments and businesses, not in a music store. I would be able to refer students to you if you'd like because I get more student leads than I can take on. Also, I have a wholesale licence, so I can purchase music books/items and have them available for sake. If you are interested and would like to know more, please contact me at:
