August 2020
Summer is coming to a close but our online resources continue to grow. If you haven't done so already, please attend one of our webinars and request a virtual mentor session to get your business on the right track.

We're giving away a free business plan template, so be sure to download that. Thank you to all of our mentees and mentors who are collaborating and brainstorming throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. We're all in this together! Have a wonderful August!
SCORE Southern Maryland
Chapter Activities
Bob Rotella Retiring - Thank You!
Bob joined SCORE Southern Maryland in 2011, following a career as a Business Law and Intellectual Property Attorney. In the course of that career Bob saw the law from multiple perspectives, having worked in the private sector, for a major law firm and for the Federal Government.

Bob became Chapter Chair in 2015, and held that position until stepping down in early 2020 to prepare for a family relocation. In reflecting on his time as Chair, Bob is particularly proud of the 2 Women’s Conferences that the Chapter held, as well as successful efforts to strengthen the Chapter’s Leadership Team. Bob and his wife will shortly be relocating to Greensboro, NC, where he plans on becoming active with the local SCORE chapter. He clearly has enjoyed mentoring clients, and plans to continue to do so.
Remote Mentoring Still Available Now
Business mentoring doesn't have to end with the coronavirus quarantine. Feel free to request a mentor and someone from our team will reach out and match you with a local mentor to help with your business remotely via email, phone, or Zoom meeting. Thank you!
