Now is the time that parents and children prepare for returning to school in the fall. During 2020, the planning looks quite different. Rather than buying clothes and backpack items, parents are left thinking about the many unknowns as it relates to whether or not their children will be attending school in person. Will the return to school be fully remote? Home school? Hybrid options of 2 or 3 days remote and 2 or 3 in school?
Whatever choice school districts and parent make, there is certain to be many considerations and sacrifices both at home, school and the workplace.
Join us for a panel discussion with area educators , employers and daycare/after school support providers. We will discuss options for parents and children and what the means to area schools and employers. There will be a give and take for all. This program aims to review going back to school options and discuss how families, care providers and employers can work together to face the challenges ahead. This event will be on August 10th at 1pm. Save the Date! -
