NOW ACCEPTING Community Superhero Nominations
Do you know someone who has gone above and beyond in their service to others? Someone who deserves to be recognized for their contributions to our community?
Maybe it's the nurse in the critical care unit who continues to work tirelessly through the COVID pandemic? Your next-door neighbor who always mows the lawns of the people in your neighborhood that need a little help? How about the food delivery driver who worked hard to make sure that food is delivered to the children and elderly in need?
There's a little bit of hero in everyone, which is why we need YOUR help! Nominate the hero in your life to be recognized as a
Community Hero.

Corporate Sponsor Spotlight: C&A Printing
C&A Printing, owned and operated by Chuck and Angi Yeager, is a long-time supporter of the NCAC and the children of our community. In addition to being a full service print shop, Chuck and Angi are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional in shepherding the NCAC's print projects and materials. They are a great print resource and are simply some of the best people around! Thanks to Chuck and Angi for ALL that you do to support the children!
"We are honored to do business with the National Children’s Advocacy Center and proudly support them in any way we can. The things they do for the children and the community are very admirable. We are blessed that we are able to be a part of their mission."

Volunteer Spotlight: Tom and Glenda Miller
You can find Tom and Glenda in their beautiful home just a few blocks from the NCAC. Not only are they near our campus, but the mission of the NCAC is dear to their hearts. Mrs. Miller was a teacher and since 2004 she never questioned the opportunity for her and her husband to volunteer. In the last 17 years, you might've seen the Millers helping in the Children's Building or answering phone calls at one of our welcome desks. Their favorite involvement, however, is the annual Symposium where Mr. Miller says, "you met people from all over the world". While our community and world are ever-evolving, we are thankful for the continued support and effort from volunteers like the Millers.

Congrats to Jonathan & Barbara for 20 Years!
Twenty-year work anniversaries are rare these days, with so many opportunities in the job market. We are so excited to share our celebration of TWO team members who have worked at the NCAC for 20 years each, Jonathan Kingsford and Barbara Green. Quiet and unassuming while being incredibly attentive to details, trends, and regulations, Jonathan serves as the Finance Director for the NCAC, overseeing a complex, multi-layered financial system with six people in his department. Barbara serves as the Receptionist in the Team Building at NCAC, with a ready laugh, welcoming attitude, and efficient, proficient demeanor. In the Team Building, she works alongside our MDT partners including law enforcement officers, District Attorneys, DHR, and Crisis Services. We are very thankful for all they have done and continue to do for the NCAC, and hopefully look forward to another 20 years!
