We'd like to introduce you to Dede Grey, a Collections Specialist with NACMBCS. Here are a few things about Dede:
๐๐จ๐ฐ ๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ก๐๐ฏ๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐๐๐ง ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐? 5 years as a Collections Specialist, which means that I am the person that collects money from people who don't make their payments and are sent to collections.
๐๐ก๐๐ญ'๐ฌ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐๐ฏ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฃ๐จ๐? I love that I get to speak with different people every week! I know that so many people are going through hardships, which I understand and can sympathize with. I really try my best to diffuse tense situations and help them find ways to make their payments in a way that works for them and the company they owe.
