Atlantic Hurricane Season Update: It Won't Stay Quiet for Long, But it Won't be as Active as 2020 |
Storm numbers have increased in the latest outlook for the remaining 2021 Atlantic hurricane season with 19 named storms, eight hurricanes, and three major hurricanes. This forecast is above the 30 year average (1991-2020) due to climate factors, but sea surface temperatures in much of the Atlantic are notably cooler than last year, so a repeat of the 2020 season is not expected.

J.D. Power Names Best Car Insurance Companies in the US for 2021 |
Overall customer satisfaction with their car insurance providers for 2021 remained at 835 on a 1,000 point-scale, marking the first time since 2017 that customer satisfaction has not improved from one year to the next. The J.D. Power 2021 U.S. Auto Insurance Study, that polled over 38,000 customers, cites communication as one of the biggest holdbacks. A few of the top providers include Wawansea, State Farm, and American Family in California, New York, and the Southwest; Farm Bureau Insurance - Tennessee and Texas Farm Bureau are the top providers in the Southeast and Texas; and Amica Mutual tops the New England region for the 9th year in a row.

Meet Our Newest Team Member!
We are excited to introduce to you our newest team member and Keying Specialist, MJ Castleberry!
MJ comes to us with a background in medical billing and data entry! She is engaged to be married on September 1, 2021, has a 20 year old daughter, and a grand-dog named Gunner. In addition to spending time with her family, she also enjoys mountain climbing and other outdoor activities. When asked what she likes about working at ISI so far, MJ said she’s had the most patient and understanding trainers. One of her favorite sayings that we “When we strive to be better than we are, everything around us becomes better, too.” and we couldn’t agree more!
