Summer Diabetes Camps Success!
Camp Seale Harris was back in full swing! This Summer we welcomed over 600 T1D campers. Campers have had the chance to swim, play, and learn independence with diabetes care, all while being in the safe and fun environment that Camp Seale Harris offers.

This summer would not have been possible without the help of our amazing sponsors and camp volunteers. Thank you to everyone that played a role in the successful return of in-person camps!

Check out all the fun we had from our 2021 Programs here.
Thank You for Your Express Feedback!
Camp Seale Harris partnered with Express Feedback for Good™ in June to bring you an easy and free way to help children with diabetes attend camp. By completing easy online product surveys, participants donated over $8,000 to Camp Seale Harris!

Thanks to everyone who participated in this "fundraiser", and giving your time and opinions. We appreciate you!

New Staff Spotlight
Meet Shelby Harrison!

Shelby is the newest member of the SDES Camp Seale Harris staff, joining the team full time as Communications and Events Manager on June 28! Shelby will be managing family and supporter contact from our Birmingham office, accounts receivable and payable, events including the Diabetes Walk for Camp Seale Harris, CSH social media, enews, website, and donor relations. Shelby will often be the person you speak to if you call our main Camp Office.
A graduate of Valdosta State University with a BFA in Communications, Shelby comes to us from Tallahassee, FL where she spent the last year and a half working for Leadership Florida. Shelby's favorite thing about working at Camp Seale Harris is meeting all of the campers and learning about how they live boldly with Type 1 diabetes and the joy they have in being together. Welcome to the Camp Seale Harris family Shelby!
