A Special "Porrject": Rice Porridge Around the World
For the past several months, members of different IDDSI Reference Groups in Asia have come together and collaborated on a special project focused on rice porridge. Also known as congee, rice porridge, in many different varieties, is a staple found commonly in Chinese, Malaysian, Taiwanese, Singaporean, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and Indian cuisines.
The group's efforts or "Porrject" has culminated in a special feature, complete with videos, case studies, and a look into rice porridge varieties from different cultures, each porridge with their distinctive features.
