New energy, new energy, new energy. As the fall approaches everyone's returning from vacation rested, tanned and ready to go. In New York , despite the naysayers our economy is still holding up. Even with rates while ticking higher homes are still available and prices are being adjusted in most areas. Generally, I’d exclude rentals from this outlook which will remain due to inventory challenges from private equity and vacation rentals. Inflation seems to be abating a bit just in time for the start of school with a drop in gas prices. No new viral waves have emerged to consume us just yet. Even Congress (and Justice!) seem to be getting some stuff done for the future. All good signs!
Dream casting great weather for Sundays’ Open House 1-3pm. I hope to see you there!
