Fall Catalog
Our brand new Fall 2022 flipbook is now available! Ward off the summer doldrums by thumbing through and signing up for courses to keep you smiling, laughing, and learning in-person or online with fellow students across the globe.

All classes are open for enrollment 24/7 over our secure online registration system. As more courses are added to the website, we will continue to update the interactive, printable flipbook, complete with links to each class. We will also announce new additions in this weekly eblast.

The flipbook is organized by subject matter, allowing you to find all in-person and online classes within your favorite topics in one grouping. Use the interactive Table of Contents to jump straight to the categories that interest you. In-person classes all appear in navy and online classes in hot pink. Classes being recorded and disseminated to registered students are marked with a red record symbol and all classes are keyed with a sun or moon to designate time of day.

Like our website, our flipbook is also searchable by key words. Looking for a particular instructor? Plug the name into the search bar. If you are in the hunt for an excursion, all our in-person visits to farms, galleries, or historic sites and neighborhoods include the words "Walking Tour" in the title, making them easy to find with a search or when combing through the alphabetized indices at the back.

We will not be mailing a printed catalog at this time but we encourage you to forward this eblast to anyone who might be interested in joining you for a class or two (or ten or more!). Individuals may add themselves to our eblast mailing list by clicking the "Subscribe to Newsletter" link in our website table of contents -- or achieve the same result by clicking on the envelope graphic in the website footer. Readers may unsubscribe themselves permanently at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of every blast.

Remember that our fall semester begins on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, right after Labor Day. Walking tours and some of our in-person classes have strict enrollment caps. Sign up early to ensure your spot and add your name to the wait list if the class is already full as we do try to open additional sections to meet demand, when feasible.
Unique August Tour in New Canaan
On Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at 10:30 am, experience Walking Tour: Grace Farms Foundation (Course 11482) in New Canaan, Connecticut. Grace Farms features a multipurpose building nestled into the existing habitat that enables visitors to experience nature, encounter the arts, pursue justice, foster community, and explore faith. Approximately 77 of the 80 acres are being preserved in perpetuity as open meadows, woods, wetlands, and ponds. The tour explores the River, a meandering glass building designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architects SANAA, and four site-specific installations commissioned specifically for Grace Farms by artists Thomas Demand, Olafur Eliasson, Teresita Fernández, and Beatriz Milhazes. Students will also enjoy complimentary tea in the Pavilion and are welcome to stay after the tour to enjoy the grounds on their own until closing at 5 pm.
