Featured Provider: Nutrition for Longevity
Nutrition for Longevity (NFL) is a HIPPA regulated, Medically Tailored Meal Kit Company. Any client of Spectrum CMC that has Medicare/Medicaid is eligible to receive meals from NFL at no cost. NFL provides fully prepared and portioned breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.

Nutrition for Longevity was founded on the passionate belief that a long, healthy life begins with what’s on your plate. To address the nutritional deficiencies in today’s commercially-grown produce, NFL set out to create a farm-to-table meal delivery service that restores food to its natural state so you can support your health according to principals outlined in The Longevity Diet.

The result is clean, fresh, seasonal produce delivered to your door, in the form of curated meals created by our Executive Chef, and direct to you farm fresh.

Success Story
By Nashali Pagan, MSW

Being a Support Coordinator goes far beyond providing guidance and assistance with services. Building a rapport with the individuals I serve is a very rewarding process. When there is an issue and someone needs help it is that rapport along with teamwork that moves things forward. I am thrilled to tell you about Ryan’s success story. He was experiencing housing instability due to an issue with his social security benefit and as a result, he could no longer afford his rent. His living arrangement was not optimal and it was apparent that he would benefit from additional support. While exploring housing, I assisted in transitioning to a hotel for respite. As they say, “it takes a village”. Thanks to the support of my supervisor and the intensive case management team at the DDD we were able to secure supervised living for Ryan. When I let him know the good news he said, “Yes I would like to accept. Now I can have my own place and go to Barber Shop School “.  I can’t wait to see what this new chapter brings for Ryan. Anyone need a haircut?!
