Jennifer Schriever, Lighting Designer

Jennifer Schriever is an NYC-based lighting designer known for her work on live entertainment projects for Broadway shows as well as theatre and opera projects worldwide. Ms. Schriever is Tony Award nominated for her work on A Strange Loop on Broadway, and received the Obie Award Winner for Sustained Excellence in Lighting Design and Obie Award Special Citation for A Strange Loop. She is also nominated for the Russian Golden Mask Award for Lighting Design of Britten’s Midsummer at the Mariinksy Theatre in Saint Petersburg. Ms. Schriever is also an adjunct professor at SUNY Purchase college, where she studied lighting. Learn more in this City Theatrical designer interview.

QolorFLEX NuNeon, Tunable White HiQ High CRI

Earlier this month we expanded our line of QolorFLEX LED Tape and Accessories with a ninth type of QolorFLEX NuNeon®, which is offers exceptional on-camera color rendition with a Color Rendering Index (CRI) greater than 94, allowing lighting professionals to meet the needs of high quality film and video lighting. QolorFLEX NuNeon, Tunable White HiQ High CRI (P/N N914-H27006500-5) has a color temperature ranging from 2700 K to 6500 K, beam angle of 120°, brightness of 600 lm/m, power consumption of 70w/5m (4.27 w/ft), and density of 240 LEDs/m. This technology is exclusive to City Theatrical and is sold in 5m reels through City Theatrical distributors.

Case Study: Multiverse SHoW Baby for Worship

Church International | Norcross, Georgia

Multiverse SHoW Baby® was recently installed and is currently being used to provide wireless DMX control for worship services at Church International in Norcross, Georgia. After the successful installation in February 2021 in Georgia, Project Lead Clarence Golden from Atlanta-based MAGNUM Companies, along with Set Designer Benjamin Brown, took their same four-unit Multiverse SHoW Baby wireless DMX solution to Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Kansas City, Missouri in March 2022. In both locations they were able to provide an easy to use, reliable wireless DMX solution using Multiverse SHoW Baby, with no mic interference and seamless control for flicker free dimming for livestream cameras.
