A New Approach
to Learning the Spin

In practicing Tai Chi, it's easy to be intimidated by what looks like a
360-degree turn. Get out of your head, into your body, and discover that you already know a big part of this move. In this live online class we'll play with walking and spinning with ease, feeling our movement, connecting to our dantiens, and then build on those things.

Come ready to play. Having room in your space to move will help, too!
