TLB is excited to host local author Elizabeth Felicetti as she launches her new book Unexpected Abundance: The Fruitful Lives of Women Without Children.


Elizabeth Felicetti is an Episcopal priest and the rector of St. David's Episcopal Church in Richmond, Virginia. Felicetti's writing has appeared in The Atlantic, Christian Century, and numerous other magazines.



Books are $16.99 and will be available for purchase at the event.

Many of you read her previous book and TLB Book Club pick, The Girls Who Stepped out of Line: Untold Stories of the Women Who Changed the Course of World War II (so awesome!). Now she has a new book out about Mae Foley who was one of the first women to be sworn into the NYPD and formed the first auxiliary police force called the "Masher Squad," which brought down robbers, rapists and more. While women were fighting for the vote, she was fighting crime.
