BWIM and the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship partnered to create Equally Called, a FREE
4-session video and curriculum resource for all ages to help your church articulate the biblical and theological basis for affirming the calling of women and nurture a culture that more fully welcomes their leadership.
Session 1: Creation and the Fall
Session 2: The Jesus Model
Session 3: The Early Church
Session 4: The Reign of God
Adult, youth, and children versions are available in English and Spanish.

BWIM Mentoring Cohort
Baptist Women in Ministry's Mentoring Cohort offers new ministers an opportunity to participate in 18 months of intentional mentoring with a group of their peers. The groups will be led by an experienced Baptist woman in ministry, and each mentee will be a Baptist woman who has served in her current area of ministry for less than three years. These mentoring groups will serve as communities of support, encouragement, and guidance.

BWIM is advocating for women's equal representation in Baptist media by uplifting women's writing and encouraging women's increased participation in shaping Baptist life, culture, and theology.
