DSP Appreciation Week


We are thrilled to announce the celebration of Direct Support Professionals Week from September 8-14! This special week is dedicated to honoring the incredible contributions of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who provide essential support and compassionate care to individuals receiving services.


Their unwavering commitment and dedication are vital in enhancing the quality of life for those with developmental disabilities, making a profound impact on the lives of individuals and their families. Join us in recognizing and appreciating the hard work and compassion that DSPs embody as we collectively highlight their crucial role within our community.


We will be celebrating a full week of activities, including a car wash to clean DSP's cars, an ice cream social, our annual BBQ, and so much more! Check out the calendar below!

Awards

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) Awards Planning Committee is pleased to announce a special celebration honoring the remarkable contributions of Direct Support Professionals and Home Care Providers of the Year.


This event will take place on the steps of the State House on Friday, September 13th, at 10:30 a.m. Community members are invited to recognize the unwavering dedication and hard work of these individuals who empower those with disabilities to thrive within our communities.
