PAPPA Members,

We look forward to seeing you next month at the September PAPPA Shows at new venues with new experiences!

The Fall Promotions Client Expo on September 11 will be at a new venue offering an out-of-this-world experience at The Fuge in Warminster, PA. The theme for this show is in Remembrance of 911.

To provide everyone with the best experience at this new show venue, PAPPA will not be charging a client fee for this show as previously noted. PAPPA members are welcome to invite their clients to this show for free admission.

Distributors make sure to pre-register for this show! One of you will be a lucky grand prize winner of a $200 Amazon gift card. The lucky winner must be pre-registered and attend the show. Other prize drawings for distributors and clients will include an Echo Dot, a Galaxy tablet, a Nutribullet Pro+ and other prizes. Prize drawings are at 12:45 p.m. Must be present to win.

On September 17 we are partnering with TRASA to offer the first Central PA Client Expo at the Barn @ Creek’s Bend in Carlisle, PA. There will be free samples, a demo on the show floor, refreshments, and door prizes! All distributors are welcome to attend. PAPPA membership not required. Door prize drawings at 12:45 p.m. for distributors and clients. Prizes Include a Video Doorbell Pro, Keurig K-Mini, and more. Winners must be present to win.

Both PAPPA shows are less than one month away. Make sure you pre-register so that your name badge is ready when you arrive.

Join us for "An Introduction to Carbon Accounting for Promo Pros," a presentation by Elizabeth Wimbush, the Director of Sustainability & Responsibility at PPAI, with support from Mike Smith, owner of Aclymate. This session will explore the fundamentals of carbon accounting, tailored specifically for professionals in the promotional products industry. Attendees will learn how to measure and manage their carbon footprint, helping them to make more sustainable choices and improve their environmental impact.

About Elizabeth:  Elizabeth Wimbush is PPAI’s (first-ever) Director of Sustainability and Responsibility. Liz got her start as the production manager at RightSleeve, then became the Director of Supply Chain and eventually, the Vice President of Supply Chain & Sustainability for Genumark, where she spearheaded their BCorp certification process.

About Mike:  Mike Smith is the founder and CEO of Aclymate, the one-stop climate shop for companies without a director of sustainability. Aclymate helps companies, measure, reduce, report, and offset their climate footprint without having to become an expert and for an affordable price. Mike previously founded RenewWest, a company focused on developing nature-based carbon offsets and where he led the planting of the largest carbon-focused reforestation project in U.S. history.
