Contacting a Buyer?

Have Your PO Number Ready

If you need to contact a buyer regarding a Purchase Order they are working on for your department, make sure you provide the buyer with the specific Purchase Order number located from the Manage Orders screen. Questions on catalog orders should be addressed to the specific supplier, and not a buyer.

New Look Coming to AggieExpense

Concur -- the platform behind the AggieExpense system -- recently announced upcoming changes to its homepage.

The redesign does not include any functionality changes; it is only an update to how the homepage looks. This includes a more intuitive design and user-friendly navigation.

Beginning later this month, users will be provided the option to enable the new home page via a banner on the AggieExpense home page. Users will also be able to revert back to the current home page if they desire.

In late October, the page will default to the new version, but users will still be able to revert to the old page.

In January, the old home page will be retired and replaced with the new version.

Details on the changes will be available on the AggieExpense webpage in the coming weeks.
