Hello fellow Alamo Ranch Neighbors, 

It feels like summer is flying by. There are quite a few small updates going on. The irrigation issue with the Woodbury Grant took a while but is now working. The Austin gate needed an upgrade. It was not working properly for a while but is now in working condition. The clubhouse got a new paint job and window blinds.

The Architectural Committee (ARC) has been working on updating the Design Review Guidelines this summer. Some of the updates proposed by residents may be included in the DRGs and will be voted on at the August board meeting. Some examples are taller fences, artifical grass and xeriscape in front yards. The new DRGs will be emailed out to residents once approved by the association attorney. 

I want to remind residents that in the fall the splash pad will be shut down for replacement. The board will be approving the new plans either at the August or September board meeting.

The last day for Pops at the Pool will be August 20th.

There is so RSVP for this weekly event, and popsicles are while supplies last, so come early to enjoy a sweet treat with us.
