"Duty Is Ours. Results Are God's."
President John Quincy Adams
Recently Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson warned, “We’re no longer in a battle between political parties, we’re in a battle between two completely opposing worldviews. The very foundations of our country are under attack.”
And Vice President J.D. Vance commented, "...so much of the Democrats is oriented around hostility to basic American life."
Those comments touch on what separates us from the opposition. The genesis of that hostility to the Laws of Nature and our way of life can be attributed to many factors, but at its core there is evil, evil that can destroy a soul or a nation.
As President John Adams said, "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."
It is profoundly disturbing when the hostile opposition calls for violence against conservatives. Scratch the thin veneer of civility with uncivilized behavior, and we descend into chaos, violence and the antisemitism that we see today.
We work to "protect and defend our Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic." When we join a federation, we amplify our voices and strengthen the actions we take in our communities, in our states and nationally.
Our federation and clubs function best when we follow our bylaws. And in the same vein, life in the USA flourishes when we adhere to our foundational principals in the US Constitution.
“If the foundations be destroyed, what will the righteous do?” Psalm 11:3
| | Congratulations to the North Carolina Legislature for overriding eight of the Governor's vetoes. Thank you to the right-thinking Democrats who voted for these commonsense bills. | | Reflection by Margeaux Holland, Chaplain | |
“Before they call, I will answer; while they are yet speaking, I will hear.” Isaiah 65:24
Lord, thank You that You hear our hearts before we call on You. Thank You for raising up those who are willing to stand in the gap for the betterment of all.
Thank You, God, for calling us to participate in Your workings. For calling us to a high standard, so whatever we set our hand to do we do with diligence.
Father, we ask for wisdom and strength for our club leaders. For our state NCFRW leaders. For our NFRW leaders. Lord, we ask for honor at all levels and peaceableness so that we might be strong together. Blessings on all You do!

Sandy Moyer, Chair of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly - NC, and member of RW of Pitt County recently appeared on Julie Banderas' Fox News show, Fox Noticias, to discuss the veto override of HB 318, The Criminal Illegal Alien Enforcement Act.
Sandy eloquently explained why historically Democrat racist policies have harmed the Hispanic community by exploiting immigrants, and why Biden's immigration policies have failed both the USA and the Hispanic community. This interview underscores why our Affiliate groups are important to the NCGOP.
The Facebook post has English subtitles. To view Sandy's interview on Fox News, click HERE.

Three Commissioners are now GOP!
We are so proud of what has happened in Robeson County.
Years of grassroots work by the RNC, NCGOP and NCFRW, have paid off. For the first time, the Robeson County Board of Commissioners has a 6-2 Republican majority after three Democrat Commissioners changed affiliation to Republican.
In January, 2022, Abigail and Alina Blue opened the first Native American RNC Community Center in Pembroke for the Lumbee Tribe. In May 2022, Anna Blue and her family and friends began the RW of the Lumber River. Thank you, ladies.
In 2024 President Trump won 63% of Robeson County's vote!

| | Key information about the 2026 primaries | |
PRIMARY BEGINS: Once filing closes on December 19, 2025, the official 2026 primary period begins; it ends with the primary election on March 3rd, 2026.
Remember, clubs, club presidents and campaign chairs support all Republican candidates equally during the primary period. Candidates know that our clubs are key to their success, so be generous with speaking opportunities.
Your club can make the difference in your local primary elections, and it is appropriate to share information about candidates, including their voting records, so long as it is evenhanded and does not favor one Republican over another.
ENDORSEMENT: The Club, as a whole, and its President and Campaign Chair, shall not publicly endorse any candidate for a public office in contested Republican primaries, runoff elections, special elections, and/or nonpartisan elections when more than one Republican is in the race.
Individual members may work for the candidate of their choice in contested Republican primaries, but not in the name of the Club or NCFRW.
In contested Republican races, information and campaign announcements may be distributed on all candidates – such as at events or fundraisers – provided they are fairly and evenly distributed. To prevent anyone from interpreting communications or social media posts as endorsements, it is prudent to include a disclaimer, such as: “This appears here for informational purposes only and does not represent or constitute an endorsement by this Club.”
SPLIT TICKET: Neither the Club nor an individual member shall advocate a split ticket, support an opposition party candidate, or act in violation of the NCFRW or NFRW policies or bylaws.
For additional information, refer to the NCFRW or your club bylaws.
| | It is OK not to like a candidate and not to support them, but it is not OK to attack and vilify them on social media. DON'T DO THE DEMS WORK FOR THEM. | |
Associates are important, too!
Associates are assets to our clubs, and inviting fellow Republicans and local GOP Men's Clubs to attend our meetings and hear our great speakers benefits us all. Invite them to become Associates.
We want strong relationships; not only will your club benefit, but also collegiality contributes to the betterment of the Party.
Our local club meetings are often the heart of the Party. The 2026 mid-term elections are a tipping point, and establishing a strong working relationship with local Republicans is critical to our success. We have real enemies, and they're not our fellow Republicans.
Strengthen local partnerships!

In Loving Memory of Mary Boughton
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear friend and longtime member, Mary Boughton. Mary was a dedicated and passionate leader within our organization and the Republican Party. Past offices that Mary held include Chairman of the Carteret County GOP, past Coastal Region Vice President for the NCFRW, President of Crystal Coast RW, and she was active at both the District and State levels.
Mary was a mentor to many and a friend to all. She loved attending our NFRW conventions, the last in Oklahoma. Mary will be with us in our hearts in Orlando.
| | Dottie Martin Scholarship Winners | |
Congratulations to (L to R) Taylor McGuire and Mochelle Huckabee, the 2025 winners of the Dottie Martin Teachers Scholarship for students planning to be teachers.
Since 1991 our NCFRW members have funded these scholarships. Thanks to your generosity, we have made dreams possible for many students.
Many thanks to NCFRW Past President Dena Barnes, Chair, and her committee members for their work reviewing applications and managing the program.
| | America250: Field of Honor | | As we look forward to the America250 national celebration, NCFRW will offer suggestions for ways to honor the USA and inspire patriotism in our communities. | |
Here's one wonderful example and a great idea for your club:
Sandi Carl, Chair of NCFRW's America250 committee, saw a display of American flags to honor the fallen at Ft. Bragg, NC, and she was inspired to do the same to honor veterans in Moore county. With her local Vietnam Veterans Association, Sandi secured sponsorships from families of veterans to purchase and display flags in honor of loved ones in a “Field of Honor” on Veterans Day weekend.
Moore RW, sponsored the service flags for each military branch. The “Field of Honor" ceremony includes the Posting of the Colors by an ROTC Color Guard from a local high school, and a brass bell is rung as each veteran’s name is read.
Now an annual event, the "Field of Honor" has grown, as have the number of flags, the length of days for the display, and the number of families that participate. It is inspiring to attend the ceremony and breathtaking to view the Field.
