Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the job search. We can use AI to help us write resumes, practice interviewing, and identify labor market trends.

In August, we are highlighting the growing use of AI in the job search. Our popular webinar "ChatGPT and the Job Search" is being offered at the end of the month, while our newly created event "Modern Interviews: From Phone Screening to AI-Powered Avatars," is scheduled in early September.

Also in September, MassHire Lowell will also be hosting veteran-focused career workshops conducted by the Department of Labor’s “Off-Base Transition Training (OBTT)” program. The workshop will be on September 24, 2025.

Training Opportunities

We just posted new training programs all located at Greater Lowell Technical High School in Tyngsboro. These six-month training opportunities include Auto Technician, Electricity, Carpentry, and Plumbing. Eligibility requirements apply and there is an expectation that you would be seeking employment in these fields when the training is complete.
