Amanda Lane Opens!

We’re proud to announce the opening of Amanda Lane, our newest community in Escondido! NWD Announces the Addition of Rodney Mierop! 

Bringing a high level of knowledge and expertise in the building industry, Rodney Mierop has joined New West Designs as the latest addition to this expanding team. His experience consists of 33+ years working directly with San Diego's new homebuilders. In his off time, Rodney enjoys RV camping, cooking and spending time in his vineyard with his wife Betty at their Escondido home. 

2^nd Annual New Home Palooza

The Sales & Marketing Council conducted the 2^nd Annual New Home Palooza over two weekends in August. With 15 builders participating, and 63 properties listed (more than double last year’s listings), this huge event was eagerly anticipated and well-received. As part of the marketing for this event, SMC Chair Sylvia Rose was interviewed on 3 podcasts and 2 television “lifestyle” shows, introducing the public to not only the New Home Palooza, but also to the BIA. The SMC sends a huge THANK YOU to our volunteer members for the many hours of their time, to all of our Sponsors for your support, and our builder-members for their participation!
