Wave Three News
Register for Training Today
Training is required for CIS access and is essential to your ability to work clinically in the new system when Wave Three goes live. Review Provider Learning Mapping on the OPOR Training Registration Portal to identify your required training, and register yourself for all instructor-led sessions. All prerequisite eLearning must be completed before attending your instructor-led scenario labs. Register now.
Private Admin Access
Before any privately employed physician support staff member can be registered for training or granted access to the OPOR-CIS, both the sponsoring physician and the staff member must sign a Memorandum of Understanding outlining the terms and conditions of use. To support the timely processing of these agreements, Medical Affairs will be centrally coordinating the request and contracting process.

Physicians may initiate a request for a privately employed staff member who is involved in either registering patients, or supporting physician billings, by completing this request form.

A request form must be completed for each privately employed staff member requesting access to the CIS.
- For each privately employed individual who requires access, the sponsoring physician will receive a direct link to a Memorandum of Understanding (from Jesse Joice via Docusign). These agreements must be signed by both the physician and the private employee to allow access to the CIS. Once the physician has signed their portion of the agreement, the Docusign system will automatically forward a link to the private employee for their signature.

Change Notification: Ambulatory Orders
Some ambulatory orders built in Wave Two were activated without the necessary workflow design, system build and downstream integration; as a result, OPOR Leadership has made the decision to remove these order from the system. This memo outlines this information.
This change notification is being amplified, as it affects many physicians and healthcare professionals at the organization. Physicians can stay up-to-date on all changes by visiting the OPOR Application Updates page, which can be filtered by impacted area, impacted groups and status.
