Sunday Night Youth (SNY) Fall Kickoff

Join us for the SNY Fall Kickoff on Sunday, September 13, from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM! Parents are invited to join us for an overview of the Calvary Youth program, including what’s ahead for the upcoming year.

Sunday Night Youth (SNY) offers fellowship with the Lord,

a short lesson about living a Christian life, and periodic

mission opportunities.

Ministry Fair

There's a place for you at Calvary! Join us September 20 after the 10:00 AM worship service for our Ministry Fair and learn about the many ways you can connect, serve, and grow. Visit ministry displays, connect with members of our ministry teams, ask questions, and discover where your gifts can make an impact. Lunch will be provided!

Backpack Buddies

As a new school year begins, Calvary is excited to continue the Backpack Buddies program, providing nourishing weekend meal bags for 20 students at Mills-Parole Elementary School. Each bag costs about $18, totaling nearly $15,000 over 42 weekends.

You can help by donating non-perishable, individually packaged, shelf-stable meals, snacks, and drinks; making a financial contribution payable to Calvary United Methodist Church with “Backpack Buddies” in the memo; or volunteering to pack or

deliver bags. A collection bin with donation ideas is located in the coat room. To volunteer, click the button below.

Winter Relief Is Coming!

Each year, Calvary opens its doors to welcome our unhoused neighbors through our partnership with Arundel House of Hope.

Be a part of this life-changing ministry by serving with hospitality, meals, and compassion during Winter Relief.

Volunteer opportunities are available for all ages, making this a meaningful way for individuals, families, and friends to serve together. Questions? Contact Ashlyn Dishman.



All volunteers are asked to attend one training session:

Saturday, October 3 at 1:30 PM or Sunday, October 4 at 11:00 AM. Lunch will be provided for each session.
