Dear Parish Family,

There is little doubt that since the end of March, many of us have had to do a lot of reluctant conforming to the restrictions and guidelines that the COVID pandemic has brought into our daily lives. 

At the same time, as I reflect upon this strange season we have spent together in the wilderness, I see around me the transformation and renewals this time has brought to our life and ministry as a church community.

Its Stewardship season, and this is our time to listen to God’s call to us to sustain the mission and ministries of our church. In the coming months we will share some powerful stories about the Holy Spirit moving among us. Pandemic or not, we continue to be Doers because We are the Church.

From the nursery on Franklin Street to mission friendships an ocean away, her church family has influenced her vision for her life path, and she is grateful for it. “St James’s has given me a whole part of my life that I wouldn’t have otherwise.”
