Richard C. was homeless for five months. He had several medical conditions and struggled with substance use. In addition, Richard recently had a major surgery to treat a preexisting medical condition.

Richard demonstrated resiliency and utilized his strengths to overcome his barriers to securing housing. He utilized the Campus resources to maintain his sobriety and to recuperate at Circle the City's Medical Respite Center. And he was paired up with Robert Shepherd, HSC Medical Navigator, to find a place to call home.

Richard was able to resolve his homelessness and now lives independently in his own one bedroom apartment. Welcome home Richard!
