Join us Sunday, August 7, for our once monthly Cathedral worship service at 11:30AM!

This service will have Communion, traditional organ music, a sermon, & hymns.

We are excited about bringing this service back on a once-a-month basis!

We will still have the 8:30AM Chapel worship service and the 10AM worship service in both the Sanctuary and online. We will celebrate Communion in these two services as well.

Gloria Dei is hiring a
Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager maintains the physical property of Gloria Dei Church; oversees the cleaning service, maintenance staff, & volunteers; and closely works with staff, especially the Office Manager & the Property Committee of GDC. This is a part time position of approximately 26 hours per week.

ONE combined 10AM service

Fun, fellowship, & food to follow in Christian Fellowship Hall

There will be a blessing of the backpacks along with a blessing for our teachers and students as they begin a new school year during
the one combined 10AM worship service.

Afterwards, we will share a meal and play some classic lawn games such as the Potato Sack Race, 3-Legged Race, & Tug of War. There will also be music and a Bounce House.

Bakers & decorators alike, get ready for the Cupcake Decorating Contest!

You won’t want to miss it! More details coming soon.

If you cannot arrive by 5PM, you can still join in when you arrive later.

Farewell & Godspeed Robert!

We said farewell to our Property Manager, Robert Maxwell, at the 10AM service on Sunday, July 31, and celebrated his great work here at Gloria Dei over the past three and a half years.

You will be missed, Robert!
