Dear Concordia Alumna/us,
You bless me--but not just me. Every time we host an event, or I visit with individuals or groups of alumni, I realize how very special CLJC/CCAA/CUAA is. Your stories help me to understand why our small university has such a big impact on the world. Our mission is to help students develop in mind, body, and spirit for service to Christ in the Church and the world.  A friend from the community pulled me aside and was trying to explain what difference he sees in Concordia students, faculty, and staff. He finally decided on the word "convicted." Yes! God bless your work and ministry. Come see us or share your story through the web!

In His Service,

Fun with Alumni and Friends at
West Michigan Whitecaps Game

More than 90 alumni and friends from CUAA and CUW enjoyed a pre-game barbecue on the third base deck and great seats on the third base line on July 25th. The Whitecaps made a valiant effort to tie the game in the bottom of the ninth inning, but a laser perfect throw from left field quashed the comeback. Still, Concordia supporters enjoyed food, fellowship, fantastic baseball, and post-game fireworks, and we all promised to return for another fun night next year.

2018-19 Academic Theme - More than Conquerors
.... No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.  For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
