Authors Share Book-Inspired Fare: The Personal Librarian

Many book club members have requested food pairings for Marie Benedict and Victoria Christopher Murray's novel The Personal Librarian, the story of Belle da Costa Greene, J.P Morgan’s personal librarian, a Black woman who was forced to hide her true identity and pass as white in order to protect her family and her legacy.

Morgan Blend Tea is based on this original formula, discovered in correspondence at the Morgan Library in New York City that reveals the association between Morgan and Vail.  ➡️ Click to read more
