BACnet International, along with 58 member companies, will be exhibiting at the 2022 AHR Expo in Las Vegas January 31st - February 2nd. If you'll be attending the show we've got some great opportunities for you to gain knowledge, network, and make the show a total success!
EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS
Once again, we will be hosting an educational track at the AHR Expo and we're looking for interested members to lend their expertise.
This is a coveted opportunity to get in front of a large audience at the industry's biggest trade show and help promote the BACnet standard. The BACnet International education sessions consistently present to packed rooms (we have to turn people away), and there are only four slots available.
There's also an opportunity for more exposure beyond the show as these sessions are usually recorded and hosted on The BACnet Institute online learning site for all registered users to view.
Submissions will be reviewed based on the following criteria:
TOPIC: BACnet-focused with current and heightened interest; added consideration to:
- New information, emerging and/or innovative approaches, practices or techniques
- Case studies, success stories & lessons learned by the organization itself
- Specialized topics related to key professional areas (specification, development, implementation, maintenance, management)
CONTENT: Quality of content (engaging title and session description)
RELEVANCY: Topic is of interest to the AHR Expo attendee audience
EXPERIENCE: Speaker experience with BACnet as well as prior speaking engagements
RESPONSIVENESS: Timeliness and thoroughness of topic/speaker submission
Note, sessions must be purely educational in nature, and not include any reference, visual, written, or verbal, that promotes or gives a commercial advantage to a company, product or service.
TO SUBMIT: Please submit via email your proposed session title and description (talking points) as well as speaker information (name, title, company, experience with BACnet, past speaking experience) to Dave Nardone at

Submissions are due Friday, September 3, 2021.
By the end of September, the selected submissions will receive an acceptance email notification with instructions on how to prepare and submit final information.
NOTE: If the 2022 AHR Expo is cancelled for any reason, a virtual format may be considered.
