This is a can't miss event if you're considering buying a home in Dundalk!  Learn about our $10K home buyer grants; have your homeownership questions answered by a lender and real estate agent; then tour homes for sale in our Focus Neighborhoods. 

We will start our tour at one of the homes listed for sale, after a short presentation you will have the opportunity to ask questions and tour an additional 2-3 homes. 

Due to rapidly changing market, location is chosen the week of the event so pre-register to be notified of starting location!  This event satisfies the attendance requirement for our 2019 Home Buyer Grant program .

Nick Staigerwald
Business Development Manager

Nick grew up in this community and is thrilled to be working for Dundalk Renaissance. 

He brings a breadth of experience doing outreach to businesses in past positions at Best Western, Texas Roadhouse, and Sparrows Point Country Club, as well as a tremendous depth of experience engaging and managing volunteers and producing events of all kinds. He has worked in theater for years and started his own theater company. He understands the difficulties of running a business and making numbers work, be it for a nonprofit or for a restaurant.

Meghan Sweeney
Marketing Manager

Meghan Sweeney is our new marketing manager at Dundalk Renaissance. She's excited to be able to  promote Dundalk, attract our next generation of home owners, and communicate a positive image of our community, its neighborhoods, parks, and businesses.

Meghan has a BA in Broadcast Journalism and an MA in Strategic Communication from American University. She previously worked for the Baltimore Humane Society as their Marketing Coordinator where she is managed their website, helped with events, and developed and implemented digital strategy. She has prior work experience in technical writing, developing marketing content, managing vendors, and in TV, radio, and video production.

Defenders' Day

We were almost British--if not for the bravery of our troops at the Battle of North Point America could have been lost.  Learn more about the Battle of North Point at Defender's Day.  There will be music, food, and best of all--reenactments! Our County Executive,  Johnny Olszewski Jr., will lead the opening festivities and participate in the first reenactment as General Striker.

Our incubator store space is $200 a month. We cover your wifi and electric.  You supply the customers.
