What's New in the Community?
We're planning our educational events for 2021! Whether it's in-person or virtual next year, we're looking for focused educational opportunities for our green building community on:
  • Climate Solutions: Actions Beyond Commitment
  • Health & Well-being
  • Equity & Inclusion

Proposals on all topics related to green building and sustainable communities will be considered, however preference will be given to those that address one or more of the above focuses.

Proposals are due by 11:59 pm CST August 17, 2020. Selected speakers will be notified by December 04, 2020. Thank you in advance for your contribution to engaging, interactive approaches to enhance learning in our green building and sustainable community. Good luck!
The City of St. Louis is the first city in the Midwest and the fourth jurisdiction in the country to pass a Building Energy Performance Standard. Join the USGBC-Missouri Gateway Chapter and the City of St. Louis this summer and fall for our benchmarking and energy efficiency events!

Benchmarking & Energy Efficiency Events Include:
Ameren Incentive Opportunities - EV Charging Stations and Energy Efficiency
Ameren Missouri's Charge Ahead Program will bring more electric vehicle charging stations to the Ameren Missouri service territory. Business customers have the opportunity to apply for incentives to offset up to 50% of the costs of installing Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations at workplaces, multi-family apartment buildings and in publicly accessible locations.

Businesses that offer EV charging stations provide an important benefit to employees, customers and the community. Plus, if you're working on a LEED project, EV charging stations contribute to the Green or Electric Vehicle credit!

Interested in applying for an EV Charging Station Incentive? Check out the Charge Ahead portal or contact Ameren's EV Team at EVMissouri@ameren.com.
The Ameren Business Energy Efficiency Programs (BizSavers) offer cash incentives for virtually any cost-effective energy efficiency project. Whether you're running a small business or large corporation, your company may qualify to get cash back for improvements to your facility's lighting, building controls, ventilation, cooling systems and more.
