On July 7, we hosted the third session of our XLR8 Class Series, focusing on Difficult Conversations & Emotional Management.

Participants gained practical strategies for navigating challenging conversations with confidence, managing emotions in the workplace, and strengthening their leadership and communication skills. Thank you to everyone who joined us—we're excited to wrap up the series with our final class on August 4!
