“Fall” in Love with Tiffin Festival & Christmas Fest
Tiffin will be celebrating its first “Fall” in Love with Tiffin event on November 17. The event is a one day festival that will encompass the Tiffin area. The Chamber encourages all businesses to be a part of this event in some way.
The event will be used to promote small business and any future events that may be happening. Businesses are encouraged to have open houses, preview specials for Small Business Saturday happening on November 24, or any other special event of your choosing. The goal of this fall festival is to join both the community and businesses of Tiffin and the surrounding areas.
Tiffin and surrounding areas will also be hosting a Christmas Festival beginning November 30 and ending December 2. This three day event encourages all of Tiffin to join the holiday spirit. There will be hands on activities for people of all ages. The goal of this event is to deliver a unique Christmas experience for the entire community.
For any questions or concerns email Deb Martorana or call 419-447-4141.  RSVP today! If your business is located in Seneca County and you would be interested in participating in a “Fall” in Love with Seneca County Festival, please send an e-mail to Deb.
Around the Town
This year’s Around the Town will be held on Saturday, August 25th from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm in the county parking lot next to the RTA Building. This event allows incoming students from Heidelberg University and Tiffin University to become familiar with the resources that Tiffin has to offer! Restaurants, retailers and financial institutions are encouraged to participate. Non-profits are encouraged to attend; this is an opportunity to let the students know that you need volunteers.  The registration form and a link are available on The Chamber’s website. The registration deadline is August 17th. Please contact Deb at 419-447-4141 for more information!
Tiffin University students will arrive at 10:30 am. Heidelberg University students will arrive at 11:15 am. The public is invited to arrive at 12 pm. The Seneca County Farmers Market is this Saturday so be prepared to have some of their patrons visit at any time. If there is big public participation, you may want to stay past 12:30 pm.
