COVID-19 MEMBERSHIP FREEZE INFORMATION
If you do not wish to utilize the facility during this time, you may place your membership on a freeze for up to 30 days.
This request must be in writing on the COVID-19 Change Form and submitted by Friday, July 31st.
If the COVID-19 Change Form is not received by this deadline, membership dues will continue to be charged - no exceptions.
The form can be emailed, faxed, or dropped off at the facility during modified hours.
A Medical Leave of Absence is still available for up to 180 days with a Physician's note should you require this for medical reasons.
Since we do not have a waitlist to join as a Weekend Non-Primetime member, if you are a Weekend Non-Primetime member and do not wish to utilize the facility during this time you may cancel your membership and return at your convenience.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by Friday, July 31st to be effective for August. You may reply to this email or come into the facility to complete a designated Action Request Form for cancellation.
