COVID-19 MEMBERSHIP FREEZE INFORMATION

If you do not wish to utilize the facility during this time, you may place your membership on a freeze for up to 30 days.
This request must be in writing on the COVID-19 Change Form and submitted by Friday, July 31st.


If the COVID-19 Change Form is not received by this deadline, membership dues will continue to be charged - no exceptions.
The form can be emailed, faxed, or dropped off at the facility during modified hours.
A Medical Leave of Absence is still available for up to 180 days with a Physician's note should you require this for medical reasons.

Since we do not have a waitlist to join as a Weekend Non-Primetime member, if you are a Weekend Non-Primetime member and do not wish to utilize the facility during this time you may cancel your membership and return at your convenience.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by Friday, July 31st to be effective for August. You may reply to this email or come into the facility to complete a designated Action Request Form for cancellation.
FACILITY AMENITY GUIDELINES
TENNIS
Reservations are accepted for members up to 48 hours in advance, Monday-Sunday after 8:30am by phone call only.

Modified Tennis Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:00am-8:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am-2:00pm


Doubles play (outside of the same household) remains prohibited at this time and unfortunately is not up to us to allow. We must wait until LA County revises the guidelines and we will update everyone when doubles play is available.
AQUATICS
Lap swimming will be available on a reservation basis for a maximum of 25 minutes. Reservations are accepted for members up to 48 hours in advance, Monday-Sunday after 9:00am by phone call only. Please note, up to six (6) lap lanes will be available - only three (3) lap lanes will be available during Aqua Fit classes. Members are limited to one (1) reservation per day and five (5) per week.

Modified Aquatic Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am-11:30am


AQUA FIT
Classes will return August 3rd with a limited schedule and limited to fourteen (14) participants. Classes are available on a first come, first served basis and must sign up with the Front Desk. Please check-in for class no more than ten (10) minutes prior to class start time. Aqua Fit equipment is available if needed and sanitized after each class. 
At the conclusion of class, participants need to exit the pool and pool area immediately. Please see August Pool schedule for more information.


FITNESS
Gym use will be available on a reservation basis for a maximum of 50 minutes. Reservations are accepted for members up to 48 hours in advance, Monday-Sunday after 10:00am by phone call only. Members may not reserve another time slot for an hour after the first reservation time ends and are limited to two (2) reservations per day.
Please respect the 6-8 feet physical distancing guidelines . Per LA County Department of Public Health guidelines, a facial covering is required at all times, including during your workout. With the fitness equipment being moved outdoors, we recommend bringing a fitness/hand towel for use on the equipment.

Monday - Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00am-12:00pm


FITNESS CLASSES
To allow physical distancing of eight (8) feet, outdoor fitness and cycling classes are limited to twelve (12) participants and Aqua Fit is limited to fourteen (14) participants. Fitness classes are available on a first come, first served basis and must sign up with the Front Desk. Please check-in for class no more than ten (10) minutes prior to class start time. Please bring your own mat for fitness classes - other equipment is still available sanitized after each use.
 
At the conclusion of class, participants need to exit the class area immediately.
Due to the guidelines per LA County Department of Public Health, all fitness classes must be conducted outdoors. Please see below for our August fitness schedule.


Los Angeles County Department of Public Health has released specific safety guidelines we all must follow. Guidelines are constantly updated by LA County and are available on our website. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will jeopardize your membership.
